River Oaks Cemetery: Apostles Garden

The Apostles Garden was opened in 1973.  As the largest garden within River Oaks Cemetery, it is also one of the most beautiful.  Beginning with the physical design of the garden, the Apostles garden is meditative in nature due to it's extensive walkways and circular shape. 

The Apostles Garden is unique in that it was designed primarily for family estates and contains several family mausoleums.   Intermingled with upright memorials, family benches also serve to commemorate loved ones lost.

The Apostles Garden is available for single and double burials as well as family lots and cremation burials.
