Support Program
MBS strives to make each user
of our software system a winner. As our mission states, we work to improve the
operational efficiency of each of our clients. This mission is met through quality
software, on going improvements and continued support. Through this, MBS offers a
user support program to all MBS clients. This support program, available for all
paid subscribers to MBS's extended technical support plan is available for all MBS
products. This plan includes:
Access to MBS's
Technical Support team via phone, fax and email
Interactive
online support and demonstrations for our clients with pcAnywhere
Access to
Restricted User Support Pages including product specific documentation downloads,
FAQs/Tips and online support request forms
Additional services are
available for extended subscribers and non-support plan subscribers at a fee. These
